Reconstituting gh

How do yall like to reconstitute your gh? There is always like a vacuum in the gh bottles that basically violently sucks all the water out into the vial. I worry it damages the gh. Should I maybe vent the bottle with my needle by sticking it in without the stopper to make the pressure even then try to drip the water down the sides of the gh vial then let it just dissolve without shaking or swirling?

I’ve heard of guys releasing some of the pressure before reconstituting, but I just angle the needle and inject very slowly.

Just hold back on the plunger when you pierce the stopper, tilt the vial, and slowly let it run down the side.

Stick a 30 gauge needle in the top on one of the sides of the stopper that is thin, and then point your low gauge needle at the vial wall.

I'm sure it's fine now that he took care of the problem he insists isn't a problem.

Anyway, aim for the sidewall, and hang on to the plunger. I do it one handed with the vial upside down.

Or just release the pressure first.

If you want the ultimate solution, this needle, without coring the stopper dumping rubber particles into the vial, releases pressure, directs water to the sidewall so it doesn't hit the peptide, and releases backpressure as water fills the vial to prevent foaming all in one move:



If you're a true bubbleboy, you could use a filtered pharmacists pin, which releases pressure but filters bacteria from the air going into the vial:
