Recomping effects of tren possible at 100-120mg/w?

Can you successfully recomp while eating maintenance at 100-120mg of tren per week, in comparison to common recomping dosages as 200+ mg?

Additional question: if using higher dosages - at what dose do the recomping results start to diminish & the negatives start to outweigh the positives?
 
yes, tren is strong AF... 75mg will be felt by most people, keeping below 100 is a nice sweet spot for nutrient partitioning, fat burning and hypertrophy with very little side effects.

when you take a substance at 2x the dosage, you'll almost never get 2x the hypertrophy (aesthetic effects, yes, but these fade fast with cessation anyway), but you'll most definitely get 2x the side effects at the very least.

so keep that tren below 100mg and enjoy the ride

i did 9 months of tren at 75mg (along with test and mast also at 75mg and winstrol at 10mg pwo), so, it's much more tolerable than higher dosages.

When the negatives outweigh the positives would depend on your personal response and side effects.

I agree with the above a dose of 100-250mg is where tren shines for most people, after 200-300mg, most people just get more sides.


Nobody can know how it is for you though, individual response is huge and you just have to experiment and see what works for you at the end of the day.


Start at 75mg a week, see what it does, titrate up and assess.
 
150mg is totally enough. My last cut I had it put in and the difference in compositon at 100kg without losing a single kg was quite drastic over several weeks.

Took blood too and it was barely out of range, sides totally manageable. I used to think more is more but now definitely less is more than enough.

Tbh anything besides test and EQ a small amount seems to work best IME. It’s not the bread and butter, it’s the finishing touch

not sure where it gets that info from, but i think this is part of why we have seen some experienced guys claim like 200mg tren e lately.
 
35-70 mg of tren per week will work just fine for most people (with minimal sides). Your biggest challenge will be finding the 0.3 cc insulin pins to measure it accurately. My last mini run of it was 5 mg acetate daily. Recomped very nicely and I started at 265 lbs. worse case scenario you get nothing after 2-3 weeks and SLOWLY increase the dose. You don’t want to be in a position where you’re been over zealous and need to peel it back. Especially if you go with enanthate.
 
I used tren once so far and it's my favourite compound. I wish i could run 200mg all year round, although there are guys like a well known one in the other forum who ran 250mg for 8 years straight on top of other gear and bloodwork, ct scans, heart, echo etc were fine lol.

I had zero sides at 10mg per day, then did 20mg a day and then 30mg a day. Nothing bad, only positives. And i'm a guy with a slight short natural temper and very, very bad sleep but thankfully it didn't touched any of that instead of making me more chill, very confident and horny AF (besides the physique changes). I just did a thourough bloodwork to see the impact of tren,test and mast cycle i did and i hope it won't come out anything bad. If everything is ok it will be my favourite ped and perhaps i'll add it in the end of the off season besides the cutting phase. Otherwise as much as i liked it we'll part ways.
 
Yep. What I like about Tren A is I can feel the strength increases when taken EOD and especially about 1 hour before lifting. A little does go a long way.
No sides from EOD as opposed to ED? I know lots of guys go EOD. On paper ED is better for stable levels but I feel like EOD is also permissible.

So far so good. I tried ED the first time and I’m really not noticing any difference EOD. A little heart burn. Sleep and mood are fine. So far mostly only the good side of Tren.
 
I've been cruising for a bit at 100test/100npp and am thinking about throwing in a microdose of 25mg/week tren a for a few weeks. I know doing that would make it technically not a 'cruise' but I'm trying to shave some fat off before a vacation and am curious how such a low dose would affect me mentally + my physique/bloodwork.

Has anyone else ever gone this low? And how much do y'all think that'd affect my lipids? Which is prob my biggest concern, my HDL got very shy after my last blast:)
