Hey guys, so I’ve been playing with a few diets lately... keto, low carb, carb cycling and I still can get rid of the stubborn body fat hiding my lower abs 
. Anyone have any recommendations? I workout 6 days a week and do cardio sessions about every other day (20 min on stair master) eat roughly about 200 G protein 150 G carbs and about 30-50 G of fat
