Reasonable expectation on deadlift goal by December.

I believe the biggest strength gains in yr career are what you get early on.

I want to lift 4 plates each side by December.

I am novice/learner past my physical prime starting out.

I can lift 3 plates without grinding. 308lb/140kg.

Is jumping to 352lb / 180kg too much in 6 months natty?

Only other lift I care about is overhead press, the rest don't interest me.

I don't think that's unreasonable at all. I hit a four plate deadlift natty within about a month of training it seriously. Then hit five plates seven months later and 555lbs about 6-7 months after that. Hit a plateau at that point and did my first cycle about 8-9 months later.

What age were you at the start, young = quicker recovery.

I thought my current 1rm would be embarrassing here but everyone seems pretty cool to novices.

We all started somewhere. We all want you to succeed, too.

It was the month I turned 30 when I pulled 405 for the first time. I remember it well. I believe I weighed around 170lbs at that time and was around 185lbs when I pulled 500 the first time.

No issue with that kind of progress even at your age you should be making 5-10lb weight gain every month no problem at your level. Feel free to film it either with your face out of frame or covered or if you want to PM a video to a trusted member here there's 6-8 guys that could tweak your form for instant strength results I'm sure.
