I believe the biggest strength gains in yr career are what you get early on.
I want to lift 4 plates each side by December.
I am novice/learner past my physical prime starting out.
I can lift 3 plates without grinding. 308lb/140kg.
Is jumping to 352lb / 180kg too much in 6 months natty?
Only other lift I care about is overhead press, the rest don't interest me.
