realistic?

Haha shit, personally I'd rather bench 4 plates than just look like it. But the plan here is to do both ;) I'm so close to 3 plates that I hate to back off right now, but I'm going to do my best to keep strength up as much as possible while I cut some of this fat off so when I do hit the weight I want I won't be too far off, might sound silly but I've got the idea in my head and it ain't goin nowhere now haha.

Im finally cutting after playing the mental game for a while..... Where I'd lose weight look flat freak out and eat..... I'm gonna tell you man it's worth it to say Fck it I'm gonna do it..... ELLIOT even talks about it in one of his videos (said u watched) just pretend like your gonna loose it all and just do it -- and then you'll find out u didn't!! I started cutting at 263 and am now 241 with a goal of 225...... And my strength loss has been minimal.....& natty

I move fast between MOST sets, but I mostly hit heavy weight MOST 10 reps---- I like 8-10 reps but there's a lot of times im hitting 3-6 reps

Soon as I feel strength going down, I lower volume and make weight heavier!

Diet=fat loss
Heavy ass weights= keeping ur muscle

Oh hey man yeah i have actually dropped about 20lbs since i wrote this. I was taking small doses of test to keep strength up and not drop any muscle, worked out really well. Now im going at it natty for awhile, going to try and drop another 40 pounds or so and then try and clean bulk back up. Slow and steady haha.
 
No doubt I was real slow for that first 20 lbs.... 1lb a week...Now it's starting to get harder both physically (stubborn fat) and on the mind, so I stepped my game up to 2lb a week.... For me loosing weight is the hard part so I'm gonna get on a cut to 10% bulk to 15% rotation.... My reward for hitting 225lb is test

Ive been going slow purposefully, i dont wanna lose it too fast and have a bunch of loose skin and/or loose too much muscle in the process. Shooting a little lower than i had planned originally, thinknim gonna try and hit Bout 250-260 and try and hover arojnd there

Hahah honestly though, i dont care that much about having really visible abs, i just want a flat stomach and to work off my bitch tits. I dont have any desire to be super shredded, i just want to look decent with my shirt off. My main goal is and always will be to lift heavy ass weight. So id be happy at like 15% body fat.
