What do you consider to be an absurd amount of weight for yourself?I think explosion is a huge part of it. My programming now has certain days just training for explosion and it helps on max effort days (though we're talking baby weight). But Im sure these guys have programming dialed in.
Its my goal to just once get up an absurd amount of weight and have it documented. Doesnt even have to be in competition as long as its a legit rep. Shit like this gets my juices flowing.
