For sure.I started TRT at the full 350. Once I hit 300 I started full cycles along with weight-loss. You CAN lose fat and gain muscle at the same time if you have enough body-fat to supply the calories needed for muscle synthesis. PED's just make it that much easier.
Definitely something to consider when I drop another 60lbs.
I've been keto since the start of this, and have been meaning to look more into the limitations of building considerable muscle mass in ketosis. With my shoulder keeping me out of action, I've just been procrastinating on that.
Now that I know of Reta (GLP's in general), I don't need to use keto as such a crutch. I was a fiend with carbs. Almost constantly overeating. But now I dont have to worry about that. Plus, you'd imagine I'm after/will continue to build a healthier relationship with food with all this food discipline.
