Rate/Help my diet

firstly im 5" 8 and about 10 and a half stone, thats 65kg and 173cm

basically im trying to bulk up more while also leaving my defination for holiday in 2 months time. I train with free weights 3 times a week in muscle groups and at the gym once a week on weight machines, an all round workout. Im using Reflex Instant Whey and Creatine Ethyl Ester to supplement. I would be very gratefull if you can give me some advice, any advice. Cheers

Breakfast
Banana
Special K Bar
Protein Shake (reflex instant whey, banana flavour baby!)

Mid Morning
Bowl of Shredded Wheat Fruitfull

Lunch
Chicken Tikka Bagette, lettuce and mayo
Packet of Discos
Yoghurt
Protein Shake

Mid Afternoon
Banana

*protein shake after workout on workout days*

Dinner
Usually Chicken Stirfry or Tuna Pasta (tuna mixed with mayo)
Sometimes fish with potatos and veg

so what do you guys make of this? im not the most disciplined person so cereal sometimes switched for bacon and sausage bagette(!) and protein shakes missed quite a bit but other then that.....
 
You're 5'8" and 143 pounds? Don't take this wrong but are you male or female?

If you're male, that looks more like a maintenance diet than a diet designed to add much muscle mass. Especially if you're not even sticking to everything you listed. Hard to see how you're giving your body what it needs to grow.
