Well you got at least 2-3 months before I'll be trying any of mine. Come the end of March beginning of April is when I'll be putting up some weight
beastly deadlift. I'm glad I took your advice about deadlifting twice per week. I have really high expectations using this method.

I tell people all the time I was struggling at 95lbs at one time on flat bench. I got to 310 before any PEDs. Just takes time and work.
Ya its one of those things for me, progress seems good for while and then stalls. Or like right now, an injury slows down progress just when things were taking off. Either way its the name of the game and you work with what you've got. I play a contact sport so an injury or tweak will happen from time to time. Deadlifts were there, 565x3. got 605 up to my knees but hips shot up too fast. this was during my mock meet that i went through too fast. had i paced myself more like it would be in meet conditions i wouldve had this and more. i will have 650 in April.
Squat was 445. got 470 out of the hole but failed. will have 525 in april
bench was 360 paused. would like 405 in april. have a love hate relationship with bench.
You could have just played that out like hell yea I got that shit. I should be doing my mock meet in late March early April so looks like we will all be throwing up new numbers around then
yeah my meet is within the first couple weeks of April. Its pretty dope were on this ride together with @Docd187123 also! got to keep each other on the up and up! anyone else got anything coming up in March/April?
my goal is to get classify in the Masters division in my April meet, which is just a hair above a 1550 total. then to spend a decent amount of time doing offseason stuff to prepare for 1700 and eventually placing in the INT ELITE category at 1850.
