Cool. I’m looking to hit that three plates again one day. I hit 330 with a pause wearing a Inzer shirt back when I was 19. Think I weighed around 175. Didn’t have a clue about diet of anything else. Just going off of whatever I read or heard. No internet. I live through you guys in regards to powerlifting these days. Sorry for my rant. Carry on. Lol.300ish for a single.

Wow been a while. My latest update is a 405x7 set a couple months ago. 1RM calc says that’s about 480. I usually underperform a tad to that calc. I want a 500 (or equivalent set) by May, likely not gonna catch me near 1RMs now that bodybuilding is more of a job than a hobby. Let’s get this race back for 2022 gents.
