Question; ketogenic diet and creatine

Its not really worth it. Without carbs, there is no insulin to really push creatine into your muscles. if you are doing a CKD, then you could use creatine during your refeed days.

Would creatine fit in nicely on a tkd? Would being on tkd cause results to be seen much slower as when on ckd? Do the pwo shakes make that much a difference?

Makes sense

Bob Thanks for your response. After some thought I really think you are partially right about that. The literature always seems to mention how much more effective creatine is with a insulin spike. You just don't get that with keto diet. It still leaves open that creatine can provide benefit.

if your carbs come post w/o than you should still benefit from creatine
