Hopefully, this is the correct place to ask.
I recently purchased L-Carnitine from Korea (added to my glutathione order) and didn't realize it came in glass ampoules. Each one is 2g in 10ml. I filtered it and transferred it to a sterile vial already, but my question is:
How do you approach using these? Do you just add it to a sterile vial and hope for the best? Preload your doses into syringes? Add BAC water/BA?
Curious how other members handle ampoules that are intended for single use but wind up being multi-use.
