QSC Rotten Bac water

So I recently purchased some Gear from QSC and Tracy isn't responding on Chat.

They sent me the nastiest Bacwater I have ever seen.
I made a video you can see the solids floating around.

And they forgot my Tirzepatide kit.

Have any of you had issues like this and have Tracy not responding?

Keep us updated on this. Qsc has been plagued with quality control problems recently as they are growing faster than they can obviously handle.

I don't know why you guys are ordering bac water international. It's over the counter and readily available everywhere online. Ebay, Amazon, even name brand.

If I only need BAC water I order from one of those sources. However I placed an order for multiple items and added BAC to it, didn't see the need to place multiple orders.
