Well. That all resolved quicker than expected. Also sent the barcodes of the inner packages that i received so Tracy knew what i had. He confirmed the mistake and gave me option of ship missing items, credit, or add to next order. Pretty smooth to fix.I'll keep y'all informed. The whole transaction was clean and documented at my end, so hopefully should be smooth. He pinged me just now to say he'll look into it and get back to me.
