I don’t know what your usual dose is, but 15mg / wk is the most common maintenance dose of Tirz.
Years ago, I started with a 0.25mg dose of Sema, which was like getting hit in the stomach with a brick, and it took 7 months to slowly titrate up to the (then) 2.4mg max dose, and staying on that, which eventually felt like nothing. I don’t mean appetite returned to what it was previously like it lost effectiveness,, just that once you’re at the “set weight” for a given dose you don't feel anything. Unless you manage to gain weight, then effects return until you go back down.
I eventually switched to Tirz for the liver fat clearance, starting at 7.5mg, titrating to 15mg.
I didn’t need or want more weight loss, and only dropped a couple of pounds. But metabolic markers all improved. I’ve been on 15mg for 2 years now, and feel nothing from it. As in, I just eat however I see fit, and stop when full, which is essentially my maintenance calories. I can go a little above that when putting on mass without a problem.
My partner is on 5mg for maintenance, any more and she drops too much weight.
As a rule though, the higher of a dose you can use as a “don’t feel anything” long term maintainance dose without losing too much weight, the better off you are, since all the non-weight related health benefits of GLPs increase with higher doses. Lower inflammation, more vasodilation, better organ protection, slower aging via less oxidative stress, better body composition, etc.
It’s worth being patient, slowly titrating up, and getting to the highest stable dose of your GLP of choice that still allows you to eat enough so you can get the most of the other health protective effects.
