I've spent a lot time in India. I would be very sketched about raws coming from there. And in order PCT drugs from there, have used gear from there, and never cared about the QSC floaters. In other words, I'm not normally sketched.
I also have a good friend who is originally from there and works in American biotech. She's just mentioned to me that biotech and US pharma companies don't trust India either.

No kidding though. The disincentive to 'cheat' in china is more severe than that of India.
The smaller countries in west-africa rely on India to produce generics as they are cheaper alternatives to main western pharma. You have repeated poisoning scandals from stuff like cough syrups to injectable meds. No one gets punished. That kind of damage to reputation alone in china will fetch life in prison at the minimum, more typically, its a death setence

Id rather pay a random guy down the street to brew it up than have a random warehouse full of chems make it on the other side of the world.
Every step of production corners can be cut by them. As we see by the vials, and not even intentionally by the source but by whoever they deal with for their materials. Halfway through a pallet of vials the quality changes Or some worker wants to take some oil home to fry up some food or some guys cigarette ash ends up in the gear and doesn't say anything so he doesn't lose his job
What makes you think your local ugl brewer isn’t doing it in a literal bath tub or dirty kitchen like the busted domestic labs of old?
That is the risk of using the black market, you just have to choose either its foreign or domestic pubes on your gear lol.
