Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

I have a feeling this is more than just the cost of Tariffs. They intentionally as well seem to have made the paperwork and hoops that you have to jump through so difficult on purpose to basically try to shut down shipping in general.

This seems more like an effort to try to completely fuck China over regardless of if it fucks US businesses over too. I am sure as we speak the places with the resources are looking at attempting to set up proxy locations in other countries to route shipping through since the lion's share of the effort is focused on China specifically.

Closing the de minimus loophole, which countless interest groups and politicians have been screaming for 3 years, along with congressional committees spending thousands of hours working on how to do it for the last 2, was never primarily about tarrifs.

The top reason has been the way it's allowed illegal drugs and precursors to escape the normal customs inspection process. In part that was because of reduced paperwork requirements, which customs gets in advance of shipments arriving and analyzes to determine which packs to inspect.

Even if a deal is struck, and tariffs went to ZERO, the increased data requirement isn't going to go away, nor are the huge fines imposed on shippers when false declarations are made and contraband is found, ensuring they'll do everything possible to stop UGLs from shipping their stuff through them.

It's a no lose proposition for vendors to take orders now. If shit gets really jammed up, they can't do business the old way and just disappear, and won't have to reship or deal with the customer service. Just reappear as a new company once they figure out an alternative way to ship (third party country or whatever).

FWIW, any de minimums packs "on the water", ie, in transit by May 1st, won't be subject to the new restrictions. If I were ordering anything now, I'd do it asap after asking if it'll be shipped by then (and hope they aren't lying).
is this true for india as well?

No. Not for now.

The feds will be assessing the situation 90 days after the elimination of de minimus for China takes effect to determine which, if any other countries should be next.

If anything it might be a good time to stock up on India pharma while all eyes will be on Chinese shipments, and just in case de minimus is completely eliminated later this year as some experts are suggesting may happen,

If only raws came from India

At the end of the day, despite all their efforts. The same people getting high today and dying from fentanyl will be doing the same thing tomorrow and the next day. No amount of effort in the history of any drug war has any country in the world much less the USA ever succeeded in keeping a dangerous drug out.

I hear this all the time, but the truth is making deadly controlled substances harder to get does have an impact on reducing harm, even if it's not 100%. Just forcing prices upwards by squeezing supplies reduces use.

They can pull what Singapore did successfully, execute traffickers or fail like the Philippines, summarily execute users and small time pushers.

Of course China and Japan with policies that have successfully been implemented to curtail illicit activities.

And right on time, PCT24x7 dropped a 20% sale.
since everyone is being generous this Easter, this is a huge hint for those of you who still haven’t found a spot for ancillaries and all things pharma since QSC went dark.

i just ordered another pack last week and really don’t even care i missed on the discount. they are one of the few sources i’m happy to support rather than just trying to get mine from.

I'm happy to shill for them.

PCT24 is the best vendor on Meso imo.

I say that after having ordered enough packs from him that it's given me the opportunity to see how he handles problems when they inevitably occur.

What other vendor proactively says "your pack has been sitting in customs / delayed by the post office too long so I've reshipped another, if you get the original one consider it a gift" without being asked?

none that i know of. of the sources that do eventually make things right? it takes weeks and sometimes months of persistence and noise to get what’s owed via their own policies.

my only regret was finding 24x7 so late in my journey. for years i had what i believed to be solid Indian sources…but was paying almost double - for the same product with much lesser service.

hopefully someone doomscrolling this thread will be able to find out too.

Too bad they don't ship to Europe...

Do you have any rec for Indian pharma for Europe? Most sources I've checked either are too pricy, do not reship if lost/seized, or outright doesn't ship to like 24x7

You can find India pharma at a good price to the EU, but forget free reships.
