I think I got mined grabbed there too. I have had the worst luck with Chicago ISC far more than any other. Not a lot of packs where I live go through there, I just got unlucky.

The only silver lining I see in that article is 70 shipments are a tiny fraction of the shipments that made it through and were delivered. Meso members alone had more shipments get through and in reality we are a tiny insignificant percentage compared to the whole market.
