They don't. Peel USPS label off the box. You'll see YT label underneath with you name and address.
Every pack also has to have a recipient address on the customs documentation submitted electronically. So even if it's not on the pack, CBP has it. They weren't going to list hundreds or thousands of gear containing packs with the same reshipper address that'd be a huge red flag. Not would they make up an address for each pack.
"Reship" was pretty much always BS, and just the regular way Chinese vendors, including Temu, shipped the US. First as cargo in a container then relabeled as USPS(or someone else) for local delivery.
