Do you think a keto diet could eliminate the majority of the water retention caused by HGH? I know people who have done this, who experienced low sides after incorporating a keto deto into their lifestyles.

I don't think there's a universal answer with regard to "eliminate the majority" given the variability in how people respond to it. As an example, there have been times for me when 8iu has been absolutely crippling with regard to the paresthesia. Presently, I've been on 10iu for months with no issues whatsoever. It's the same batch, I'm eating a similar diet.

Theoretically, being in ketosis would likely blunt some of the water retention that may occur. GH promotes sodium retention and elevated IGF-1 promotes fluid retention in muscle tissue. There are other effects, but those are a couple that could be moderated by being in ketosis.

Specifically, muscles may be glycogen depleted, which reduces the amount of water than can retain. It also usually leads to increased secretion of sodium and other electrolytes in the urine. I remember the times when I was eating a mostly ketogenic diet and I couldn't get enough salt. It influenced my taste and preferences so much that I had to learn to back off when I started using GH regularly.

I shoulda stocked up on some back up oils/raws. Now QSC has been gone for awhile. Classic luck for me.

Bought 4 kits of EQ. And then realize I turn into a panic attack machine on EQ lmao
You can send them to me! I bought 5 kits during GA's recent EQ sale and it turns out I love eq. Only had anxiety the first day or two and it's been great ever since. Might have to make this a permanent addition to all my cycles

These messages are over a week old. I'm not expecting weekend replies. I saw she's on her honeymoon and will be back Feb 5.
Yeah it’s Chinese new year in china. Everything shuts down for CNY. Kinda like Xmas in the United States. Just have to wait until Feb 5th!

Damn, 2000mg of taurine is about all I can handle. It greatly increased my cognitive output, energy output but also I can't sleep at night worth shit while taking it and tends to make me a bit anxious

I find 1000mg in the morning is perfect for me.

Reminding me I'm about out.

Can't decide capsules or powder this time....

Crazy how this thread keeps going when QSC is closed and might not be back in business
Everyday someone new comes in wondering why Tracey isn't answering emails. Asking what color cap their vial should be or wondering if their package has been seized. I'd give it a couple of more months.

Hahaha, Tracy just did a burnout in reality; he's resting for a few weeks now.

Bulk supplements is usually slightly cheaper than nutricost but you don't get the big container or the scoop with them, just a bag, so I go with nutricost first and then refill the bottle with bulk supplements.
Taurine is easy as a powder since it is flavorless. I just dump the scoop right into my mouth. Don't even need water to get it down due to the consistency
