My December 19 pack also took a long time even after clearing customs, but arrived today. Interestingly, that 12/19 pack had no green tape, but the pack that shipped at the end of December and sailed through customs also arrived today, but with green tape.

Great find I hadn't seen it. Nothing too surprising in there I wasn't aware of. Even absent the soon to pass legislation, these new rules alone will be sufficient to make carrying contraband so painful for Chinese logistics companies that it's hard to see how anything illegal (that's not worth a fortune per kg and therefore worth taking the risk to smuggle hidden in something else, which AAS are not), that it's hard to see how this isn't the end of the UGL market as it's been for the last few years.
Although, admirably, no one seems too freaked out over their packs being opened and sent on rather than seized, my guess is it's intelligence gathering for the new enforcement phase that will kick in 3 months from now.
I really hope this doesn't stop peptides, but because of the "complying with consumer safety" requirement it might.
The bottom line is this. Unless you want to roll the dice on sky high prices and sketchy availability with whatever new market replaces the current one, probobly stuff smuggled in the old fashioned hard/high risk way to domestic vendors, you really need to "Stock up" right now.
The 90 day clock is ticking, and as a practical matter it's probably not that long.
As this document notes, many companies are already complying with the stricter requirements voluntarily to prove they have nothing to hide, in the hopes containers with just their stuff get let in without being searched from top to bottom.
It's happening, the primary way Chinese UGLs get stuff to the US is ending, there is no "return to normal" after this.

Yeah so far all these steps have been mentioned in bits and pieces, from articles quoting CBP, the logistics companies telling customers what they expect will happen and how to properly comply, etc, but this wraps it all up in a neat package.

That would really only help the country that got him first. European LE would gain no benefit from a list of a bunch of US resellers. And vice versa. Maybe Israel or Ukraine could offer the list to America for another 500 trillion tax dollars but we'll probably be giving them that regardless.

Package tracked to customs in LA where it said it was listed as seized or returned to sender. I tried to contact Tracy but of course he was MIA. Then package started moving normally. The box shows up today and it's got CBP tape on it. Wife opened box at location away from our home and they had torn open all the mylar bags and looked through everything. That alone is scary enough but what's worse is it's not even my package. Box contains three kits of Tren H and nothing else. Customs had clearly examined the bottles because some of them were upside down and then just sent it along?? What a fucking nightmare and there is no one around to make it right. This shit would happen on the one order I waited to long to place and am now going to run out of shit.
