Hey everyone! Has anyone been having trouble contacting them? I tried to contact them at the email they have listed but proton rejects it “Error: Rejected by spam filter”. And it’s a bit weird to me as I’ve always been timely with my payments

Get a different email address. FYI, tuta takes 3 days to let you use a new free email. But I always start a new email chain and so far have never had a problem with orders. Someone else mentioned earlier when they send request for money/crypto, proton may be blocking the email due to the images they attach related to crypto. I'm not sure if i have this part right, its just a couple pages back.

I get the spam only when they reply back for payment, when I reply back is when it happens. When I send the info back to them in a new email (still proton) we respond back and forth just fine because the image in not there.

You can check cap color (sometimes) by clicking the blue link on the pricelist that was in use when you ordered, to see the Jano test where it's usually pictured.

All 3 are tb/bpc mix.. I beleive the latest is the darker red one

The label is only for the test sample, but if the cap matches that's as good an assurance as you can get they pulled the right product off the shelf.
