No, I had the same situation. If it's delivered to local Carrier you are fine. Mine was delivered to the local Carrier for over two weeks with no change and then it finally got an update and started moving on day 15 or 16.

Either

- the HPLC test of the raws (90% purity) is correct

Or

- The GCMS test of the oil (no impurities corresponding to the 10% of the weight of the raws detected) is correct

I do not see how both tests could be correct. Unless the impurity detected in the HPLC somehow disappeared in the brewing process (like water evaporating).

We performed both HPLC and GCMS testing on the Test D oil here.

No impurity was reflected on the oil sample, despite using the same batch for making oils.

The only explanations possible:
- test D finished oil is overdosed.
- the test D raw sample was not correctly handled by the buyer, which resulted in the lower purity results.

Only an extra test D raw testing from someone else who purchased the test D raws can confirm, and ideally if he includes the GCMS test.

I was thinking the same, if the brew was done with 99% purity in mind the oil should come underdosed by at least 9/10%

So as some of you know. I was getting irritated with my Anadrol capsule making, it was 20% overdosed. Also some of the test reports havent been great.

I have made 3 sets of capsules and tried to fix my recipe. all have been overdosed. Last time was only 10% overdosed when I decided not to intentionally not make up for the lack of purity. This is when I was questioning if the filler and mixing process was drying out the water from the anadrol?

I think that was a unique effect of oxy. It isn't typically like that with other raws. Makes me question the ability of it being water soluble
