In the Phase 2 trial:
"hyperesthesia and skin sensitivity adverse events were reported in 7% of the participants who received retatrutide and 1% of those who received placebo (Table 3 and Table S14). So it's a fairly common side effect.
They haven't pursued the root cause, but often, low level inflammation does it.
Since inflammation is an immune response, you could try the following to reduce that reaction: 1) Ensuring you're diluting each dose so it's .5ml in volume, 2) use pharma BAC, and/or 3) filtering with a .2um PES filter.
It's only a hypothesis, it may just be an unavoidable reaction, but you may be able to reduce it. They've certainly made a noticeable difference in lessening peptide site reactions for me.

Yep. It’s been reported by patients using Sema, Tirz and Reta. I had it using Tirz, then when I switched to Reta it stopped. It was mildly annoying but bearable.
