Glute, lat, quad, delt, chest

Last cycle I did up to 1mL a day so the rotation went a little different:
Glute,glute, split between lats, split between quads, repeat if glutes felt fine, or add chest and delt into the mix ( I'm a wimp so I have actually split a mL Into 4 shots to be four way split between delts and chest )

I've heard of people doing several different muscles but everything in the arm seems to outweigh risk to reward in my eyes. Ive heard people doing arms calves traps hamstring but I'm good fuck all that I'll stick to the meatiest spots (traps are meaty but I dont know if it it works, google has not been my friend in this journey)
