Everything including the hash, screenshots of payment and destination wallet (the wallet I was given to send it to) was sent multiple times through email to your customer service. "Waiting for information from the financial department" for over 7 days is just absurd and it does not show a good business model whatsoever. Wasted 10 days trying to buy from you.
