It's only been 10 days since your package was shipped. The average time as far as PostNL is concerned is 3 weeks. Of course, there have been times when the package was faster, but 90% of orders average 3 weeks from the time of shipment.
It doesn't say that they shipped it yet, but pre-declared the content to the customs.
 
Of course it is shipped. I think you are mixing up terms. The date of shipment is the date when the shipper prepares the shipment, after QSC hands it over.

Mistakes happening on your end does not justify calling a customer an idiot, by also assuming I was the one to mistake the hash, which is not the case, everything was sent carefully including also screenshots once the payment was made. I did not call you names other than an unprofessional business prior to you calling names.

I am still waiting for an update, I've paid over 250 USD and it seems that this is not going anywhere. Are you not willing to process it, then refund me fully please. It was paid through USDC.
Everything including the hash, screenshots of payment and destination wallet (the wallet I was given to send it to) was sent multiple times through email to your customer service. "Waiting for information from the financial department" for over 7 days is just absurd and it does not show a good business model whatsoever. Wasted 10 days trying to buy from you. I paid 10 days ago, insane.

@Qingdao Sigma Chemicals Hello, I ordered some raw almost two weeks ago. I received the tracking code instantly, but my package still hasn't arrived. Is this normal? I remember my last order arriving much faster.

Your order is in Netherlands which means it’s the normal speed.
A fast previous order via post NL doesn’t make it a reference.
Dutch post use simple postal services so the speed is linked to the period, if they have many packs due to BF to sort in tri centers they will take extra days to handle it to your local post office
