Do not trust that they will number to match your order.
First things first, do not just open everything up and dump it in a Halloween candy-like pile, FFS. Everything you need to decode what you've got will be there, or can be gotten from your rep, as long as you don't splash the pot. Look for either handwritten numbers 1, 2, 3, etc which you'll need your rep to decode, or a barcode and SKU, which are generally obvious, but always searchable in this thread. The BPC will be something like QDSIGMABP15, for example. SKUs are sometimes on your outer packaging too - don't mix or throw anything away until you've labeled your shit.
As far as the hand-numbering goes, they're very efficient; once they've written on enough packs to allow you to deduce the rest, they just stop. Obviously your 5 is whatever pack isn't labeled. Chinese handwritten Arabic numerals look weird to me -- I sometimes have to study them a bit, i.e. a sloppy 2 can look like a 1, and an incomplete 3 can look like a 2.
If you don't spaz out and throw shit away, it can be a fun little detective exercise.
Honestly, I'm a little disappointed in them this time.. They should have labeled 5, but not the two 3s. That's just wasted effort that can never be made up. @Qingdao Sigma Chemicals, five lashes for this order picker!
