So it finally happend. I got ripped off for almost $500 from QSC. I ordered the T30 promo and paid $480 last week and have proof on my bank and they are lying and saying I didn’t pay. I’m about to blow a gasket with all of the money I’ve spent with them this year. They are really getting more and more arrogant. Also, they sent me the wrong product last month and acted like it was no big deal and said they would give me a special gift on your next order. The special gift was we’re gonna steal about $500 from you.

You didn’t confirm payment means you didn’t tell us that you paid.

Yes it’s always the customers fault no matter how many times they’ve done transactions with you. It’s the QSC motto.
Actually, they've made several mistakes over the time I've dealt with them, but each and every time I was patient, polite and thorough when speaking with Tracy and guess what...? Every, single time he has been professional and courteous as he resolved the problem at hand. Every, single time.
