It's a city of doctors. You've got every level of care from $5 full bloodwork in a closet sized clinic to magnificent hospitals that look like the Waldorf with facilities, gear and personell on par with the very best in Manhattan, at 1/4 the price.
Anything your US insurance would normally cover can often get reimbursed as well.
Dental work is another area where they excel and cutting edge dentistry is available, at a bargain price.
This isn't like going to Mexico for a cheap procedure in somewhat sketchy facilities. It's world class at bargain basement prices.
It's where you go to turn your last 20 years of steady decline into 40 of unending vigor.

That's correct but they do also international promos so everyone can more or less access at least in my experience and being in the EU

That's the route I take most of the time .
If you haven't, try to get ANA's "the room" in business class. Japan Airlines business class is awesome too, even without the private suite, with better service and food,
Avoid US airlines to Asia. No savings and everything's just worse,
Singapore airlines has a "worlds longest flight" that's only premium economy and business, Often you can upgrade from Premium Economy to business at a good price close the flight date, But the best part is the airport Jewel, It's a world wonder, Worth an overnight at the airport. Stay at the Crowne Plaza inside the airport. You're welcome.
Bro hahaha I did ANA well worth the business class. Was the best..... The lounges at the airports key to great expereince with ANA also they are affilated with united so I got my points with united too
