Out of probably 50 kits I've ordered from @Qingdao Sigma Chemicals I have never had this happen. Please physically reprimand the individual responsible for this.

I had the same thing happen to a domestic Test P order. 2 vials completely destroyed, package soaked in oil. Box looked like it was used to field goal practice. The solution offered was 2 vials included in my next international order. This was a few weeks ago, prior to Testpocalypse.
