I am just trying to understand based on your experience and others, but since you say it won’t work as well if you keep stopping I am wondering if you know based on your experience when it stops or how it much reduction in efficacy when you reintroduce it again.

My question rises from what you alone experienced, which is different from what Sampei described as for him it’s just the appetite suppression.

Remember I am not a diabetic, I am dabbling at this as a fatloss aid nothing more, hence, I am not planning of using it forever.

And from what I gather off your statements now, I will continue to do so since everyone here are just experimenting when it comes to using it in bodybuilding terms.

I’m going to add my personal anecdotes. I was on Tirz for about 12 months, at 10mg, and took a 6 week break. I restarted at 7.5mg, and had major side effects. I had NEVER had a side effect until after the break. It was very effective after the break, and I lost pounds quickly.

I used Tirz for almost another year, and took a 3 month break. I restarted with Reta this time, at the 2mg starting dose. It was crazy effective, and I lost weight rapidly.

IMO, receptor resets are real and very effective, FOR ME. I’ve seen numerous similar reports from multiple others on Discord and Reddit. I have seen very few reports of resets NOT working for others.

No more group buys, the only difference is that in Group buys we used to do the third party testing, and buyers send vials for testing, and we compensate the testing cost and pay for it.

The last ones, it took the testing coordinator forever to get some vials from donors, people no longer wanna donate vials for testing, nor care about the testing. So yeah fuck that, the last GB we couldn't get enough donors for sema and reta, I had to get a % of testing I paid credited due to lack of donors.

Only promos from now on.

That an excellent question and a sharp observation.

Because in Type II diabetics, certain underlying causes of insulin resistance, genetics, Cushing's syndrome, etc, can continue to worsen it, requiring increasing amounts of glucose control.

When its caused by mutable factors, like weight, lipid levels, or inflammation, often these things improve with GLP use and the dose can actually be lowered.

And for obese, why do the appetite suppression decrease over time? That isn't related to insulin resistance, crushing syndromes etc.. I'm pretty sure that efficacy decrease overtime, and that in bodybuilding, once you've hit the maximum dosage, you could switch to metformin, allowing your "tolerance" to return to baseline, and restart with the lowest dosage.
