Don't underestimate empty, primo, mast e, deca, tren and ment, that's all what you need to bulk and cut.
EU customers can only order from China, so get what you can.
All I can promise to be able to restock, if all goes well is the test e and test c oils, possibly some primo.
Wallet is always loaded. Only noobs need to load their wallet.

We also prefer to save effort during promos, when our team are mass packing 2-3 products, it's not same as moving from different room to another for many minutes to gather a $200 order.

Maybe in your EU country. In my EU country, you pay VAT for any imported good from outside EU. Aliexpress price includes VAT, the US website does not.
