I have a question about best way to use NAD+. I have some QSC 400mg/vial. Reconstituting a vial with 2ml of bac water and refrigerating it, a bunch would precipitate out overnight. Moved to 3ml/vial (the limit) same thing though a bit less precipitate.
Then I decided to not refrigerate it and that worked for a day or two but I began to get odd effects (vision) and did some reading. Not stable at room temperature. Some data indicates it degrades 50% in 10 minutes, and then into stuff you may not want to inject.
I suppose I could get larger vials and reconstitute with say 5ml but then that's 1.25ml injection for 100mg of NAD+ far beyond what I'm comfortable with subQ on a regular basis.
Everything I've read so far indicates you should store it at 36deg F and even then it is stable only for a week. Must admit I had not done my homework on this so not blaming anybody.
Any ideas?
You either need to transfer to a larger vial and use more BAC, on the order of 5ml for 200mg, or, buy the special 7.22ph BAC QSC sells which will dissolve 400mg in 2-2.5ml.
Unless you're comfortable checking and adjusting PH yourself.
