It's very hard though. Try putting down 4-5k calories of lean ground turkey, rice, oats and whey. You'll probably puke first
But still, you don’t seem to grasp what binge eating disorder really is. The guy can put in all his effort with diet and workouts, but at the end of the day, he might end up at a fast food place because he can't sleep. It’s not about a lack of discipline or being mentally weak; it's about his brain chemistry making him unable to control that hunger.
 
In my experience, growing and staying lean is helped quite a bit by higher GH doses. SLU-PP-332 is supposed to ameliorate fat gain during a caloric surplus; it's an aerobic exercise mimetic. Giving it a test right now.

If SLU is an aerobic exercise mimetic, it causes a shift from type 2 to type 1 muscle fibres. Type 2s are the big strong ones. Type 1s are marathon runners.

Might have to prioritize: growing bigger stronger muscles or losing body fat. I mean, we're kinda all in that boat.

Just kidding. Getting stronger and staying lean while eating like "shit." Wasn't able to do a muscle biopsy so couldn't really tell you about the change in muscle fiber type, but top end strength hasn't gone anywhere so I'll use that as a proxy for the big strong type 2s

I would kill my self if the only thing I had in my house was egg whites, oats and chicken breast bro. Btw, that's also one the best way to trigger a BED too, that's how many cut are unsuccessful.

As someone currently bulking on a relatively clean and Marco controlled diet I can say it takes a very dedicated effort and lots of planning to hit high caloric levels making weight gain possible.

Pretty much anything over 4500 calories and you are force feeding yourself for all practical purposes.

By and large the people who get fat do so by way of eating junk. Bulking is easy if you completely disregard nutrition.
