Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

What you're describing is a basic case of supply and demand. The market dictates what people believe is in their best interest, and right now, it’s clear that buyers prefer cheap, high-quality gear that helps them save thousands of dollars, even if it comes with occasional issues like insults from QSC or the need to handle minor problems.

In a competitive market, customers are willing to overlook a level bad service or minor inconveniences if the product itself meets their needs at a fraction of the cost.

QSC can insult a member every now and then, but if people are still getting what they want, which is affordable gear that works, then they’re more likely to tolerate it rather than pay ridiculously higher prices for better customer service. People prioritize value and results over the "VIP treatment" you mentioned when it is comes to something that is price sensitive like gear.
I really don't give a shit if Tracy or Bella, or Princess Toadstool, or whoever tells me to go fuck myself on the regular. I am not looking to make friends with them and have them over for beers. This is a transactional relationship. So long as the gear provided to me is legit and I receive what I order, I am all good on my end.

I have bought gear elsewhere of course, but its exceedingly difficult to compete with QSC on price. I come the fuck on, did you see the pricing on the 200 Primo? Tell me you can get that anywhere else.

back 30 years ago, we used to mail cash in the mail and often times wait upwards of 6 months to get this crumpled up package lmao , "if you didn't get burned" ( everyone got bit a time or two) until you found that "source" , but mostly it was a monthly excursion down from Northern Ca to Ensanada mexico or thereabouts, To many good ass memories/stories we went through... Bunch of jocks down in Mexico was a Beacon , we were in and out though lol backpacks stuffed to the brim with "Everything " lmao
I was on a cruise back in August on vacation and one of the stops was in Cozumel. Right outside the port there were pharmacies everywhere for all the tourists so I naturally had to go browse. Pretty much any type of non-exotic gear I could have wanted was right there on the shelf.

If the kids would not have been with me, I am pretty sure I would have dosed up some Tren and Test-C right there at the cruise terminal.

Make sure you take a video of the unboxing my brother. I made the mistake of stopping that after my 4th order. What could go wrong right? Then only 1 of the 7 kits showed up and was told it was delivered with that 1 kit. That is a $600 mistake I will not make again.

You never got your HEX?

It must be good.

We can legally buy cigarettes, alcohol or a Dairy Queen blizzard that has 140 grams of sugar but not steroids.

The box and shipping weight would be way different for 1 kit vs 7 kits I don't see how you couldn't prove the mistake

I've bought stuff from "retail" UGL vendors and the gear is ~5-10x the price and I can't say the customer service or delivery times are any different.

With China, some of the customer service thing is cultural. Their norms for business practice are just far different.

Though catering to the North American market many China based vendors try to placate us and take things a tad too far. All the pet names and terms of endearment in their communication can be hilarious. It sometimes feels like I am talking to an escort service in Vegas instead of ordering gear.

I had the same thing happen from the first oil promo, but with 4 kits of Test missing.
I brought up the weight difference, but never got a response other than on his side it looks like it was sent, but that he's looking into it further. I even used my food scale to weigh kits and try to figure out what the weight should have been.
My last email went unanswered.

I've probably spent someone's salary just with QSC since he opened. Why would I try to scam 4 kits of test when I regularly order shit like Reta and Tirz that are way more money?

I record the opening of all my packs now.

I never had an issue with an order besides one international package that was lost. No fault of his of course, but I waited 60 days to report it just in case since it was around xmas. And when I reported it, I told him I would pay for the reship if the original shows up.

This may be stupid, but how do you guys record opening it? One hand on the phone, one hand to open? Some of these boxes are tough cookies to crack. I’ll probably just get a go pro for my head.

I know this seems like a joke but seriously? Like do you prop your phone against something pointed at yourself opening it like a Christmas gift and capturing your reaction for a long distance gf?

I can formally diagnose you with about 10 from this response based on DSM-V criteria…but still like 3 less than I have. So you’re good bro.

That is exactly what I told him.
That is a great point. You can take a picture of the shipping label, and it should have the weight on it.
No weight on label I checked.

Same with email

Exactly what I told him.
