For all 4PX packs that has been returned by Chinese customs, the ones that shows in Chinese "退回客户" or in english "returned to customers", a new tracking with a different carrier will be available monday.
Those packs were refused by the departure customs (China), high inspections of the 4PX line, and they are sent back to us (our shipping company).
So there is nothing to do beside put the new label of a different line and resend.
Every line has a certain lifespan, in the same way old special lines like UPS are no longer used because of the seizures of Fent precursors in 2023 which ruined this line, or what happened to Sunyou at the start of 2024 year when several raw packs were returned and we had sent them back, and abandoned SUNYOU (except for oils), in the same way we have exhausted the 4PX line and it has reached the end of its use, so now that it is severely inspected for a reason that we don't know yet, we're going to move on to something else.
No need to panic, it's quite simple, all packages will be redirected with a new tracking number. No need to suggest me other options such as returning from USA warehouse, or modifying the order, or adding another product, the packages will not be opened or changed. Just wait for your new tracking numbers wisely and patiently.

eBay taught me to video package opening so there's never a question about what arrived.

I can see this from both perspectives, as "I didn't get x" makes it too easy to screw sellers over too, unfortunately.

I've noticed some vendors are taking pics of package contents just before being sealed, which isn't absolute proof of what's sent, but helps avoid misunderstandings.

If packs are being inspected outbound from China, contents might be disappearing in that process.

This is the way. Record package opening for every single order, anywhere. Do it with proper lighting and take the time to show the camera all angles of the package prior to ripping in. It creates a peace of mind.

Well that's not happening since most of our packs just get left at the door, but I suspect if they're that strict, they won't believe any evidence you give them!

Exactly. Just another legal scam. Had a package hanging off the side of a bike, of course it hits the exhaust pipe and melts the cheap plastic envelope burning through to my golf shirt inside. Seller raises hands and gets insulted that I dare ask for a replacement or for him to deal with the courier. Online marketplace sides with seller. Terms and conditions.

He posted a few pages back it's around July 22 with a moq of $350. I think that's the only details so far.
