Yeah they are sometimes slow as fuk. I had a package sitting there for 11 days, then it finally updated. No problems with customs or anything else.

Mine is going to the US and is the same. Shipped over 2 weeks ago, been sitting in an overseas sorting facility for 6 days. Nothing to do but wait. Some of their shippers are much slower than others and with the crackdowns in China, I wouldn't be surprised if the post isnt backed up in some places. I'd give it at least 30 days and if it still hasn't moved, then contact Tracy.

Give it some time. Don't track it so much. Mine was stuck for 2 weeks and then started moving, everything went fine

Something that I do that may be helpful to someone. I have made 2 orders 1 domestic and 1 international. Both have multiple items. I waited about a Day after I sent payment this time but sometimes I wait a couple days. But what I do is send a message asking for all the identification id's and numbers for all the items in my current orders. Message with all that info is usually sent back within 24 hrs. This time a couple of hours. I read on here all the time where people are needing to know what is what after they already received their package and sometime have rip all the markings off. And no way to tell. I might not get any of my packages for a week or 3 but when I do. I'll know what's what!!
