I reckon it's just you. Been using QSC test e for years. I only get PIP on calves and a little on bicep. Try glutes, ventroglutes and if you are serious quads

What if it’s not special line ? I ordered domestic, paid domestic prices, then was told it was wrongfully shipped special line and would be corrected to domestic. I don’t care to wait, but I feel like I’ve been given the run around.
