First off, I totally get where you're coming from about the reship insurance. It's like buying an extended warranty for your electronics – sometimes it's worth it, sometimes not so much. However, even without the insurance, we should still expect a certain level of service and assistance, right? I mean, a little transparency and accountability from the company wouldn't hurt, especially when we're dealing with long shipping times and unresponsive communication.

I placed my order, only to find out two days later that one of the products was out of stock. Two more days go by after a revised order is sent in and guess what, Crickets. Then random email with tracking number five days later. Fast forward three months – and my order still hasn't shown up. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I find out it's been rejected by customs and is on its way back to QSC. Tracy's response? No reship. Now, call me crazy, but I don't think that's exactly top-notch customer service.

Sure, things like customs rejections are out of their control, but shouldn't they at least try to make it right for the customer? It's not like we're asking for a freebie – just a little help to sort out the mess. And yeah, I get it, sometimes shit happens, but that doesn't mean I'm treated like I'm scamming the company and just told "your loss". I asked for a few things like what was on the label. Labels are stored with whoever the courier is. The originating country was not even China? As a business you have access to this information with a few clicks. We're customers and we deserve better.

I'm all for taking responsibility, but let's not forget that companies like QSC have a responsibility too. It's not about whining or wanting a handout – it's about getting what we paid for and a little respect along the way.

I am not referring to that case. It is more of the general issues people are complaining about such as the basics, like communication, testing problems, stopper/vial quality and floaters.

However, if you have been here long enough, you should already be aware on what their stance on these issues as well as how they dealt with it in the past.

Still, I have had a similar perspective on some past cases here and it does seem relevant. Some issues have merit, some don't, but this same criticism of any agreement with the source's justification or advocacy for the source's POV arises either way. That's how this aspect of recent discourse on QSC customer service and quality control issues appears to me, and I think that it would benefit from somewhat more emphasis on level-headed reason and fairness. None of this is meant as a criticism of your point of view, which is clearly reasonable.

If you want a review of their quality from an actual user experience then here you go:

Tren E: Slight PIP starting about 2 days post pin lasting 2 days tops - very minor. I'm homicidal on 350mg a week and require 1.25mg of Caber per week to keep Prolactin in check. Strong as fuck and peeled to the bone so I would say its GTG.

Mast E: Pins super smooth. Zero PIP Massive libido boost and super positive mood induced by this compound. I use it to offset Tren E sides. GTG

Primo E: Very slight PIP after first couple of injections. Positive mood and physique effects but honestly preferred the mood boost from Masteron so I tend to use that instead. Test C --> as already said by others zero PIP, even 2ml at a time in the shoulder (I only use this ester, some people think that Test E gives PIP, I don't know)

MAST E --> excellent, liquid drops very well, zero PIP

BOLD U --> excellent product, goes down the syringe very quickly, no pain

TREN E --> Unfortunately the only product that gave me PIP even with 1ml at a time, I don't understand why

TREN HEXA --> for this tren zero PIP, and excellent response, 3ml maximum per week, the sides are already felt for me at this dose

HGH --> I used both the 10 IU KIT and the 42 IU cartridges, both the best GHs I have ever tried, the best cartridge in my opinion because you just need to push the rubber and the product recombines, without the use of BAC
