If they don’t have the time to reply on a bi-daily basis I doubt they have the time to operate a separate “time out” list for customers who are concerned about their orders, even if annoying. If so then that’s very different from the customer service I’ve received in the past with these guys.Waited 3 days and the pants are already wet. The people who write to QSC several times and annoy him have to wait longer.
