Have you had a 3rd party analytical lab perform a non targeted impurity screen using GCMS (LCMS as well for higher BP impurities)? Metals screen with ICP? I understand you don't possess these tools in house from your intro posts. Is that still correct?

Yes I understand most subscribers now do purity checks on raws and finished products via HPLC. I want to understand how you are raising the bar for harm reduction with impurity analysis (in addition to purity analysis).

Payment via credit card was why I liked it and I didn't mind paying a premium to do so either, although I do understand it made more work for Tracy. I seem to remember him saying that it took him 2-3x the time to process orders using Alibaba than ordering direct.

It gives the customer recourse when QSC fucks up, which they have been doing a lot lately. It makes sense they have a growing dislike of that arrangement, it is good for the customer, bad for QSC.
