I haven't used tirz so I can't speak from experience but I think you'll have to wait a bit longer before you start seeing the full effects of it. Don't quote me though.

I've never had Sema, but I used Tirz for a while then switched to Reta. Tirz had very good appetite suppression for me, and I'm a very hungry person. As soon as I switched to Reta I was much hungrier than on Tirz. That's mostly gone away now. Give it 3-4 weeks for levels to peak and level out.

Tirzepatide is worlds apart compared to Semaglutide. Worlds IMO. Was on Ozempic and switched to Munjaro and no sides whatsoever. And my A1C and glucose are still low enough where I no longer take any insulin or metformin even while on 4iu of HGH EOD. Jardiance/Munjaro/Cleaned up diet got me off 40iu of insulin daily and an A1C of 10-12.6
