I have never personally Accutane. I have thought about it, but after reading the potential sides, I decided not to go the accurane route.
I've had a pretty good protocol that's kept most of my acne at bay; however, NPP seems to give me more of an acne so I decided to try the tretinoin.
So far it is seem to be a good solution for me.
- My first couple days no noticeable difference whatsoever.
- Day three or four my acne seem to get inflamed and stand out more noticable.
- Within a week my acne started decreasing and some of the larger ones, pus started oosing out on its own.
- at that point I started spot treating versus covering large areas.
Side effects.
- Your skin will start to peel like a sunburn.
- this is supposed to happen to expose a fresh layer of skin.
- This fresh layer of exposed skin is very sensitive for about a week.
- Any alcohol-based product will burn like hell
- Salt exfoliation will burn like hell
- The freshly exposed skin is more sensitive to sunlight
- it is easy to get the tretinoin solution to other parts of your body without realizing it.

its just a matter of self discipline and obese people just dont have any discipline. thats it.
It's best if you let us know all the available information, such as counterions (salts) present.
The result, though, is still valid. In 1 gram of your raw powder there is exactly that % of active molecule. Not a bad result at all.
