Havent posted in awhile, still look at this place daily. Got a question for the guys who lost a good amount of weight crash dieting. If there are any among us.

My experience.
Age 01-12 - thin/skinny.
Age 12-15 - fat, weighed 260 lbs at age 14. Guessing above 40% bf.
Age 15 - lost 80 lbs in 3 months. Didnt know better, ate only a grapefruit daily.
Age 17 - gained it back. Crash dieted again. Weight : 180. Height: 6'1

At age 18 got into lifting. Because of the previous dieting method I lost the majority of my muscle mass and was left with loose skin. Been lifting consistently since.
Age 30 - in the best shape of my life. Lean, vascular. However, the loose skin on my body never tightened up. Right now im at 10% bf. Ive been down to 8% and up to 15% trying to build and then tone down to fill in the sag in my arms, chest, abs and legs. my upper body filled in nice, however unless I decide to build up my legs to someone that is obese, I dont see my legs ever not flabby. Looking over at the mirror while I was on on top of this girl last night, I saw my ass flopping around like the american flag on a windy day. I like the V taper of my body. Im currently 210, 6'1..32" waist. I do not want my legs and or ass any bigger than they are. My thighs are too big as it is. If I had known to not crash diet, I more than likely would not be asking this question.
To the previous fat asses or to someone with a little knowledge. Is this a lost cause? will my mid section and lower body ever tone up without surgery? which will not happen.
Let me hear your experiences if anyone here cares to share, that is, if anyone is or has been in the same boat.

It really depends on how much loose skin you have. However at your age since having loose skin still hasn't tightened up so it probably won't sadly. Sorry to give you crappy news that you don't want to hear.
