what is the best route to go if you want to remain complete hidden in your purchases/spending... while minimizing transaction fees?

I was able to keep anonymous using Ebay becuase I could buy using my greendot card behind tor but I did take a hit in fees might have been the guy I purchased from just charging high but it was anonymous.
I used Tor with Japjondo and a clean tor email buying with greendot so my name nor my ip was used. The greendot is difficult to do anonymous because you need to use somthing other than your Identity so that can be a problem , I was able to use alias on mine but most will not be able to.
