I literally posted a study where weed was laced with fent. I get it was an urban legend, was when I was growing up but I spent some time digging into if it was an urban legend this time and I don’t think it is. Too many real documented cases this time.

It's still rare. Haven't seen really much documented cases

I am sure it's overall fine....

It's a case report of one guy:

He was nodded out. They gave him naloxone, he had a bad reaction to the naloxone, when asked what drugs he took he said he only took weed, I swear bro, just some weed, they test his blood and find fent.

It can be explained by "Everybody lies, but druggies lie about everything all the time".
