If I'm 5'9" 168 pounds @ 12%......

Hypothetically speaking eating 100 Calories below maintenance everyday, can I use all those saved Calories on Fried Chicken or a Seafood Platter at the end of the week?

For instance, not trying to cut, but dammit. A three-piece is like packing 1200 calories with the fries I know I'm going to eat with it. Although I'm not cutting I don't want to gain either. So in my mind, (which is bat shit crazy at best), if I go 100 below my 2800 all week, then I can go nuts on Sunday and not really get bigger.

Reason being, nothing seems to make me hornier than fried chicken or Seafood platter. Pizza just not doing it lately.

OP note, you just lost 3 minutes.

I say just eat whatever.
I might try the eat super clean approach during my 4 day work week, and then just loosen it up on the weekends.

Steel Cut oats, Bananas, tuna, whole grain bread, chicken breast, broccoli, mustard greens, red beans, brown rice, eating the same stuff over and over again gets old.

Most schools of thought say that any given day doesn't really matter - it's about the long term.
Nothing wrong with saving some calories for a weekly treat, as long as you can behave yourself.

What foods get you guys on the mood?

Baby back ribs? Super Fatty Rib-Eyes? This talk is about to get my ass in gear and across the street to the market.
