Problems to get an orgasm while on a ssri, solutions?

Yeah pt141 is pretty good. It doesn’t increase my “want” of sex, but during sex it makes me more into it. And the orgasms feel stronger.

If it doesn't increase your desire, you aren't taking enough. That's literally the FDA approved use for it, the enhanced pleasure is a secondary effect.

I'm a PT-141 "connoisseur", lol.

Used it hundreds of times over many years. Was my first peptide, back when it was $100+ a vial! Hard to believe it's so cheap now, $7-8, and the quality is much better.
I still remember 2019 times people buying a vial of test domestic for 40€...thanking God the times are changing

I like cialis much more than Viagra, but the timing is difficult to predict.

Switching to daily low dose(2.5-5mg) Cialis is much better, has health benefits(protects the heart and brain), and gives you a good "pumped" look! No side effects either (after a month of adjusting to it).

A little cialis should be in all men's vitamins lol.

Does your RHR take a hit when you take Cialis everyday at 2.5/5/10mg?

Wow 50mg that's a huge dose! I
wouldn't go more than half of that.

A very low dose of Cialis daily 2.5 or 5mg, works better than any other ED drug in my opinion. After a couple of weeks you're just always ready to go, and the few side effects, if you have any, go away after a month.

It's also proven to be safe for daily use over decades, and has health benefits from better circulation.

So you don't advice an use as needeed?

So when starting use. it lowers blood pressure slightly because it opens blood vessels. The heart beats slightly faster to compensate. After you're on a steady dose for a week or two, the larger blood vessels close back down a little (but smaller vessels stay open), and heart rate returns to normal. So the key is giving your body time to adjust.

First week or so, a little nasal congestion, slight sinus headache, and sometimes slight back ache. All the result of improved blood flow, and they go away completely for the majority within a month at the most. It's great once you get to that point. All upside, no side effects.

If you're going to use an "as needed" drug, Vardanafil is faster than Cialis, and doesn't have the awful(for me) side effects of Viagra. It's expensive though.

The BEST option is daily Cialis in my opinion. Better than any "as needed" drug. Works better, you never have to think about it, zero sides, and keeps you alive
longer!

I have been on daily dose of 5mg Cialis for 7 years now.

I have been on daily dose of 5mg Cialis for 7 years now.

I'm on 10 now, was on 5 for years before that. There was a slight RHR increase when I increased dose, but as before, settled down after a few weeks and never returned.

I didn't "need" it, but my doc pointed out 10mg is a safe FDA approved option for daily use, so I thought I'd give it a try, and like the effects even more than 5.

How does one check RHR? The one you get while you are asleep? Or after you wake up? Or midday?

My RHR during sleep is 40-45. At midday high 70s.
