Sorry - we have been taking a bit longer to respond to emails. It's still within 24 hours but that is pathetic for our standards. I want our emails to feel like text messages, absolute hate when you guys have to wait for a response. Also, a handful of orders may be delayed to ship by 1-2 days. By handful I mean like 5-10... As big as we have gotten in such a short period of time, we have moved to another facility to accommodate the volume we do now. Also, it is more secure.
Yes, we did all this within 48 hours. Still getting situated but we should be back to normal by the weekend, latest.
Dad is also showing signs of improvement.
No plastic in our Mast P200.

Btw I have to spread my love again for @Primal_Pharma. Compensation was quick and he over compensated when he didn’t have to.
I love how he deal with customer support and I appreciate him upholding higher standards.

@Primal_Pharma sorry for jumping the gun. I checked my prior GCMS and they don't show the BA either, despite separate BA testing showing that it is definitely there. GCMS uses heat, right? It probably evaporates the alcohol.

You’re right that GC-MS involves heat and volatilization, but the main reason BA sometimes “disappears” on a GC-MS report isn’t that it’s burned off in the instrument, it’s the method.
Either way, your observation makes sense. separate BA testing shows it’s there, while the GC-MS report doesn’t flag it. We do use BA in the formulation, so your initial result doesn’t contradict what’s in the vial, just the limitations of that GC-MS method.

Super happy about these results. I'm hoping/expecting the same for the NPP200 and prior batch MastP200 that I'm sending off. It will give me (and hopefully others) more peace of mind. Great news and I will post when I have results. Hope to eliminate any concerns of the product I have on hand.

I can’t speak on the mast, but I’ve been running Primal’s NPP @600 per week since the beginning of August. Very happy with the results.
